By creating an account, purchasing a Creator Pass, accessing, browsing, or using OneMillionCreators, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any future policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. About OneMillionCreators

OneMillionCreators is a global creator-support ecosystem designed to connect creators, entrepreneurs, innovators, authors, students, inventors, developers, and professionals who seek collaboration, visibility, support, and opportunities.

OneMillionCreators does not guarantee business success, funding, employment, revenue generation, investment returns, partnerships, customers, downloads, sales, or any specific outcomes.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent where permitted by law.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Not be prohibited from using online services under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password, all activities occurring under your account, and keeping your profile information accurate.

You agree not to share accounts, sell accounts, create fake accounts, or impersonate individuals or organizations. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Creator Numbers

Each registered member may receive a Creator Number. Creator Numbers are symbolic identifiers with no monetary value, they are not securities, investment instruments, or ownership rights in the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify, revoke, reassign, or discontinue Creator Number programs.

6. Creator Pass Purchases

Creator Pass fees are non-refundable except where required by law. By purchasing a Creator Pass, you understand that you are purchasing access to platform features, community participation rights, digital content, and creator profile services.

You are not purchasing equity ownership, shares, investments, guaranteed business opportunities, or guaranteed support from members.

7. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no guarantees regarding business success, product success, funding, revenue, profitability, downloads, user acquisition, employment, or partnerships. Success depends on many factors outside the Company's control, and users assume full responsibility for their own decisions and activities.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may upload profiles, text, images, videos, business information, project information, comments, and reviews. Users retain ownership of their content.

By posting content, you grant OneMillionCreators a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, publish, reproduce, promote, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform's name, logos, trademarks, website design, software, content, branding materials, creator systems, and reward systems are protected intellectual property of OneMillionCreators.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or republish these without written authorization.

10. Community Rules

Users must not commit fraud, launder money, conduct scams, or promote illegal products; harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against users; engage in spam activities such as unsolicited advertising, fake reviews, manipulated ratings, or automated posting; or engage in deceptive practices such as fake businesses, false achievements, or misleading opportunities.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

11. Creator Interactions

The Platform merely facilitates interactions. OneMillionCreators is not responsible for transactions between users, business disputes, collaboration disputes, contracts between creators, investments made by users, or advice given by users. Users interact at their own risk.

12. Investment Disclaimer

The Platform does not offer securities, sell shares, offer investments, or provide financial advisory services. Any funding opportunities presented are solely between participating parties. Users should seek independent professional advice.

13. No Employment Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create employment relationships, agency relationships, joint ventures, or partnerships between users and the Company.

14. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include Paystack, debit cards, and credit cards. Prices may change without notice. Taxes and government charges remain the responsibility of users where applicable.

15. Refund Policy

Unless required by law, Creator Pass purchases, membership fees, and digital product purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests may be evaluated at the Company's sole discretion.

16. Creator Reward Program

16.1 Purpose. The Creator Reward Program lets Supporters (and, where applicable, Creators completing tasks) earn Credit Points by completing verified support tasks on other users' LaunchPad missions, and by completing free Community Contribution Tasks. Credit Points are platform reward units. They are not currency, deposits, securities, shares, investments, ownership interests, or a guaranteed monetary return.

16.2 How a mission's reward is set. When a Creator launches a mission, they choose one or more task types (e.g. Like, Comment, Watch Video, Install App, Review) and set a target number of completions for each. Each task type has a fixed weight. The Creator is charged, per task, weight × target credit points (paid in cash via Paystack or debited from their own credit balance). Of that amount, 80% is set aside as the task's Reward Pool and 20% is the platform fee.

16.3 How an individual payout is calculated. The Reward Pool for a task is divided equally across its target, which means every person who completes that task earns the same fixed amount: weight × 0.80 Credit Points, rounded to the nearest whole point. This amount is fixed at the moment the Creator launches the mission and does not depend on how many other people also complete the task, how much platform-wide revenue exists that month, or any other user's activity. For example, a task with a weight of 15 pays each person who completes it 12 Credit Points (15 × 0.80 = 12), whether they are the 1st or the 500th person to complete it.

16.4 When Credit Points are awarded. Credit Points for a support task are only awarded once that specific submission has been verified and approved, never on submission alone. Verification may be performed by an automated system, a human reviewer, or both, at OneMillionCreators' discretion (see Section 16.5). A rejected submission earns no Credit Points. The exact payout for a submission is fixed at the time it is submitted and will not change even if the Creator later edits the mission's tasks.

16.5 Verification of activities. To maintain the integrity of the Reward Program, OneMillionCreators verifies task submissions before awarding Credit Points, using automated systems (including AI-assisted review), manual human review, or both. OneMillionCreators reserves the right to:

  • Reject a submission that cannot be satisfactorily verified;
  • Escalate an ambiguous submission to human review rather than approve or reject it automatically;
  • Reverse Credit Points awarded in error;
  • Withhold rewards associated with fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid submissions;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected abuse of the Reward Program;
  • Require additional information before processing a submission or a reward.

Users must not use bots, automated scripts, multiple accounts, fake identities, coordinated fraudulent activity, duplicate or reused screenshots, or any other method designed to manipulate the Reward Program. Submitting the same or a near-identical screenshot across multiple claims, or attempting to claim the same task more than once, is a violation of these Terms.

16.6 Community Contribution Tasks. Separately from paid mission tasks, OneMillionCreators may offer free Community Contribution Tasks that carry no Credit Point reward. Completing a minimum number of approved Community Contribution Tasks is a condition of certain platform actions. Currently, a Creator must have a minimum number of approved Community Contribution Tasks before launching a mission, and a Supporter must have a minimum number before requesting a cash withdrawal. These thresholds may change from time to time and will be shown on the relevant page of the Platform.

16.7 Daily limits. To protect the integrity of the Program, OneMillionCreators applies daily limits on the number of tasks a user may claim and the total Credit Points a user may earn in a rolling 24-hour period. Rejected claims do not count against these limits. Current limits are shown on the Platform and may be adjusted from time to time.

16.8 Minimum withdrawal threshold. To request a cash withdrawal, an eligible Supporter must hold at least the minimum Credit Point balance shown on the withdrawal page at the time of the request (1,000 Credit Points at the time of writing, see Section 16.10 for the Credit Point-to-cash conversion rate). Meeting the minimum balance does not automatically guarantee a cash payment. The user must also:

  • Have an account in good standing;
  • Have completed the applicable Community Contribution Task requirement;
  • Have a verified bank account on a supported payment corridor (currently Nigeria only; other regions may be added over time);
  • Not be under investigation for fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms; and
  • Satisfy any applicable legal, tax, identity, or payment requirements.

16.9 Reward redemption options. Subject to availability and eligibility, Credit Points may be redeemed through one or more options made available by OneMillionCreators, which may include:

A. Cash Withdrawal. Eligible Supporters may request payment to a verified bank account. OneMillionCreators uses third-party, regulated payment service providers (currently Paystack) to facilitate payouts. Users may be required to provide additional information for identity verification and payment processing.

B. Spending Toward a Mission. A Creator may fund their own LaunchPad mission directly from their Credit Point balance instead of paying in cash.

C. Other Redemption Options. Where available, Credit Points may be converted into other redemption options offered through the Platform or its approved partners.

Available redemption methods may vary by country, user eligibility, regulatory requirements, and third-party provider availability.

16.10 Credit Point value. Credit Points convert to US dollars at a fixed rate of 1,000 Credit Points = US $1.00. This is the rate used to price credit packs, to price LaunchPad mission tasks, and to calculate cash withdrawal amounts. OneMillionCreators may change this rate for future activity, with notice on the Platform where required by applicable law; any change will not retroactively alter the dollar value of Credit Points already earned or already converted.

16.11 Credit Points are not cash. Credit Points:

  • Are not legal tender;
  • Are not a bank deposit;
  • Are not electronic money unless expressly constituted and regulated as such;
  • Do not represent ownership in OneMillionCreators;
  • Do not represent shares or securities;
  • Do not represent an investment;
  • Do not accrue interest;
  • Are not transferable between users unless expressly permitted;
  • Cannot be sold or exchanged outside the Platform.

Credit Points only have the redemption value expressly provided under this Reward Program.

16.12 No guarantee of earnings. OneMillionCreators does not guarantee that any user will earn a particular amount of Credit Points, cash, or other rewards. Actual earnings depend on the number of missions available to support, the number of eligible tasks a user completes and has verified, the outcome of verification, applicable daily limits, geographic and payment-corridor eligibility, applicable taxes and fees, and fraud-prevention measures. Participation in the Reward Program is not employment, guaranteed income, passive income, an investment, or a promise of financial return.

16.13 Fraud, manipulation, and abuse. OneMillionCreators maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent manipulation of the Reward Program. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards; using bots or automated systems; generating fake activity; artificially inflating likes, views, comments, subscriptions, installations, or other support; completing tasks through prohibited methods; self-supporting through related or controlled accounts; using another person's account; providing false identity or payment information; colluding with other users to manipulate Credit Points; exploiting technical vulnerabilities; and attempting to circumvent verification systems. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, OneMillionCreators may withhold, reverse, or cancel Credit Points and rewards, suspend or terminate the account, restrict participation, and take any other action permitted by law.

16.14 Adjustment of Credit Points. Credit Points may be cancelled or adjusted where: they were awarded in error; the underlying task submission is subsequently determined to be invalid; the activity resulted from fraud or manipulation; a related transaction is reversed, refunded, or charged back; the user's account is suspended or terminated for a policy violation; or adjustment is reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Reward Program.

16.15 Taxes. Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations arising from Credit Points, cash withdrawals, or other benefits received through OneMillionCreators. Where required by applicable law, OneMillionCreators may withhold, report, or request information relating to applicable taxes.

16.16 Changes to the Reward Program. OneMillionCreators reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Creator Reward Program, including task weights, the Reward Pool percentage, the Credit Point-to-dollar conversion rate, qualifying activities, minimum withdrawal thresholds, redemption options, payment corridors and methods, eligibility requirements, and verification procedures. Changes may be made where reasonably necessary due to business conditions, sustainability, fraud prevention, technological changes, third-party arrangements, regulatory requirements, or other legitimate reasons. Where required by applicable law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes. No change will retroactively alter a payout already fixed under Section 16.4 for a submission made before the change.

16.17 No ownership or investment rights. Participation in the Creator Reward Program does not give any user shares in OneMillionCreators, equity ownership, voting rights, dividends, profit-sharing rights as an owner, investment rights, partnership rights, employment rights, or any other ownership interest in the Company. The Reward Program is a platform incentive mechanism tied to individually verified task completions, not a distribution of company ownership, investment returns, or platform revenue.

16.18 Platform discretion and final determination. OneMillionCreators reserves the right to determine whether a submission qualifies for Credit Points and whether a user satisfies the requirements for a withdrawal, subject to applicable law. In cases involving suspected fraud, technical errors, abuse, conflicting activity records, or other irregularities, OneMillionCreators may temporarily hold a reward while conducting an investigation, and may request additional information from the user before completing a payout.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, restrict access, delete content, or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms. No refunds shall be required following termination due to violations.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneMillionCreators shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Platform within the preceding 12 months.

19. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneMillionCreators, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from user conduct, user content, violations of these Terms, or violations of applicable laws.

20. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, internet failures, government actions, or cyberattacks.

21. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria unless otherwise required by applicable international consumer protection laws.

23. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, users agree to attempt good-faith negotiation with the Company. Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation. Where mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
